Ceramic granite

Currently, manufacturers of building materials offer ceramic granite, which exceeds even natural stone in characteristics. Artificial stone tiles, in turn, appeared back in Italy in the 80s, Gres Porcellanato is the Italian name of the porcelain tile. Of course, the materials are divided into types that emphasize the composition, technological process in manufacture, and subsequent processing. By the way, now many use a welded flange, more details will not be superfluous to find out about it.

Considering porcelain tiles, one can notice that it is similar in composition with phosphorus, but production technology is characterized by a single firing tile. If we compare this material with a natural stone, then it is in no way inferior both in beauty and in final properties. The original mixture, any porcelain tile includes several varieties, the so -called clays that are rich in kaolinitis. There are also coloring pigments, such as oxides, metal, cadmium, selenium, etc.D.

During the manufacture of this material, all crushed ingredients are pressed under high pressure “45 MPa, or 450 atm” after which these blanks are sent to the furnaces heated to 1300 degrees. This is how homogeneous porcelain tile turns out. It is very easy to distinguish from ceramic tiles, in which the body is most often red or white.
