Florida dogs may be banned from leaning out of a car window

The authorities of the state of Florida can impose penalties for a dog leaning out of a car window. Such measures are justified by animal protection.

The new bill was proposed by state Senator Lauren Book. The document provides for a ban on the removal of claws from cats. Also, if the initiative is accepted, animal testing will be banned.

The bill has provisions related to drivers. So, motorists will no longer be able to keep dogs on their knees, and pets themselves will not be able to lean out of the car window. At the same time, it is also impossible to transport an animal in the trunk, on the running board, wing, hood or roof. When transporting a pet in the cabin, you need to fasten it. According to the Florida government, such measures will help protect animals.
