After joining NATO, American military bases will appear in Finland. This was stated by a military expert, retired Colonel Viktor Litovkin on Monday, April 3.
He noted that now Finland has only its own military bases, and so far foreign troops are not present on the territory of the state.
“But when Finland joins NATO, there will certainly be military bases there. It is possible that American. The Americans have already taken aim at Finland, so military bases will definitely appear in Finland,” Litovkin said.
The expert added that exercises of different NATO states will take place on the territory of the country in the future, and the Gulf of Finland will be “squeezed” between the two countries of the alliance — Finland and Estonia.
He also stressed that the decision to join the North Atlantic Alliance is unreasonable, since no one threatened her.
